In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, the following officer handles complaints about orders, sellers, content and personal data on the Bhejjo platform.

How complaints are handled

1. We acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt, with a reference number.
2. We investigate with the seller, delivery partner or service partner involved.
3. We resolve the complaint within one month of receipt, and explain the outcome.

To help us act quickly, please include your order number, registered mobile number, and photos or video where relevant.
